The six month system support agreement that is part of every BedMasterEx System purchased, and any extension of that agreement, is our promise to you that we are determined to see our product perform at its best on a continuous basis and keep each of our clients as a strong reference site. We are a small company that relies on word of mouth for much of our growth. As such, we will go above and beyond to rectify any issues that may arise during the life of the agreement.

In addition, we are constantly searching for ways to improve the BedMasterEx software. Should a newer version than your initial purchase be released during the term of an active agreement we will readily upgrade your System upon your request. Any of our regionally based sales representatives will be happy to inform you of the most current version being deployed.
