Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Commercial Support

  • Process quotations for new solutions and solutions support
  • Maintain communication with customer in regards to budgeting, contracting and order processes
  • Record meeting minutes for internal business reviews


  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Follow up on overdue accounts
  • Perform account reconciliations as requested by customers
  • Process purchase orders for handoff to engineering team
  • Own accounts receivable aging metric
  • Maintain up-to-date banking and tax information with customers


  • Organize appointments and meetings
  • Maintain calendars and schedules
  • Assist in arranging and preparing presentations
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed by Senior Management

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

  • AA is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or in place of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • 3+ years of experience working collaboratively either a part of or leading teams
  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills via phone and email
  • Comfort with fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and dealing with interruptions during the day
  • Proactively handle situations with a supportive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently on multiple projects with defined deadlines
  • Strong follow-up and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or Quickbooks, a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
