Market Outreach/ Research

  • Research customer and prospect information using databases and social media
  • Create and maintain customer databases
  • Identify high-value audience segments and influencers
  • Perform market data analytics
  • Perform outbound calling for marketing purposes
  • Monitor and analyze trends of marketing campaigns, test hypothesis, discover insights

Analytical Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation of data into key qualitative and quantitative reports
  • Execute on projects to drive engagement
  • Provide analysis around campaign performance, trends and opportunities
  • Become knowledgeable of the various marketing and sales processes and campaigns and help identify opportunities using quantitative insights
  • Assist in analysis and data gathering for "ad-hoc" projects as they arise

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

  • AA is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or in place of a degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis
  • 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with marketing, product, sales team
  • 3-5 years of experience with digital marketing optimization i.e. website optimization and/or outbound channels like
  • Preference in Omnichannel Marketing and Social Media platforms

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective communication skills via phone and email
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently on multiple projects with defined deadlines
  • Strong follow-up and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency and the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and web analytics software, CRM and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
